Return Policy


We hope you love everything you buy from us.  However, if something does not work out, we are here to help you!

Return Guidelines:

- Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached.

- Products must be returned within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to you, or 14 days from the date your order was fulfilled for local pick-up.

- Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that will be emailed to the original email used for your order.

- Store credit will only be issued for returned merchandise that meets all required guidelines.

-For defective item claims: contact us within 2 days of delivery date.

-Sale items, jewelry, handbags, accessories, and gift cards are all FINAL SALE.

-All shipping fees are non-refundable & customer is responsible for return shipping. 

*Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed.


- Due to the quick turnaround of our inventory we are unable to guarantee an exchange of your item. 

- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please check to see that the item is available in the size you need.

- We suggest ordering the correct size right away, and then shipping your return to us.

- You will receive store credit in the form of a gift card emailed to the original email used for your order and you can use the store credit toward any future order. 

Local Returns:

- As long as all other guidelines are met, local returns can be made during pop-ups or other arrangements may be made. 

- Your 14 day window begins from the date your order was fulfilled and you were notified of pick up avaiilability.

- When returning an item, please make sure to include your order slip with a note letting us know why you are returning the item.

- If you do not have your order slip please include a note inside your return with your full name, order #, email address, & reason for return.

- If you are arranging a return, pleaase send an email to letting us know to keep an eye out for your return.

**If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Holiday Return Policy

*Purchases made between November 15-December 24 are eligible for exchange or store credit as long as they are postmarked (or received back to us) by January 10.  Items must also meet all return guidelines.  No exceptions.
