In order to get the longest life out of your garment, we recommend spot cleaning, hand washing with cold water, and hanging dry. However, most items do well in a gentle cycle with cold water.  

DRY CLEAN AT YOUR OWN RISK. 

Yes we do. We have a great collection of new and repurposed apparel. Our items are clearly described as new or repurposed in our online shop.   In garment preparation, we return tags to our items that are new. We take pride in doing our part to conserve raw materials by providing products that are upcycled.  We have a clothing category in our online shop that has all of our repurposed clothing choices in one place. 

Yes, we do accept Returns and Exchanges, as long as it is within 14 days from the day the item was delivered, the item is in its original condition and the tags are still attached.   

Please contact us via phone or email  to arrange a return/exchange at your cost and make sure it is shipped back within the specified time frame.   Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

We are happy to answer any questions that you may have about an item to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase.  If you have additional questions about the sizing or measurements of a garment before you buy, please let us know.   We are happy to help. 

As of right now the only place you can purchase our items is in our online store.   We are excited to be speaking with a few local beach boutiques and some tack and feed stores to sell our items wholesale.  

DENIM2DYE4 does have Facebook LIVE sales and our clothing can be found on our TIKTOK shop.  

Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. 

 We process all orders within 3 business days (M-F).  However, we try to get out orders same or next day.   We will notify you once your order has been shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame, please email us @customerservice.denim2dye4@hotmail.com.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

We reserve the right to change the shipping policies at our discretion. 

Yes we do.   We send out periodic emails and newsletters to let you know of our sales & promotions, special events and pop-ups.  We also want to share information about new trends in our designs and fashion in general.
